The Bhagavad Geeta

Commentary on the English original of the Bhagavad Gita written by P. Anthony, comparing the steps to the Gospel of Christ and to the passages of the Scriptures of Christianity; amidst the enormous mass of Sanskrit works of various ages and of various dimensions of which India's literature is rich, the Bhagavad Gita, or divine poem, occupies a unique position. It is one of the Songs of Mahabbharata, the epic poem of India, which tells of the battle of Kurukshetra where, through metaphors, Krishna, the God, leads Arjuna to the Knowledge of the Self.
