After the success of the meeting last year we decided to plan this new opportunity to meet again, organize together and give shape to the thought of Fr. Anthony, in a place that offers an invaluable tranquility for meditative and yogic practices as well as study.

6.00 pm - "What is Meditation?" (Alberto Severi)
7.00 pm - "Meditation practice"
8.30 pm - Dinner

7.30 am - Pre-Yoga Gymnastics to awaken the body
8.00 am - Breakfast
9.30 am - "Self-realization according to Transpersonal Psychology" (Gabriella Simonfay)
12.00 - Yoga session, simple postures to recreate the energetic balance of body and mind
1.00 pm - Lunch
4.00 pm - "The unitive-advaita Message of Anthony Elenjimittam" (Alberto Severi)
7.00 pm - "Meditation practice"
8.30 pm - Dinner

9.30 am - "Keep the Soul alive, not only during this brief earthly pause, but forever" (Giuseppe De Vita)
12.00 - Yoga session, simple postures to recreate the energetic balance of body and mind

2.00 pm - conclusion of the meeting
